The special hexagonal structure of the aluminum honeycomb panel is composed of many dense hexagonal cells. These cells are similar to many I shapes, which evenly distribute the pressure from the panel surface. This property ensures high compression strength and super flatness over a large area. Therefore, it is widely used in the NCAP (New Car Assessment Program).
